RAS Installation Notes
Fish pond leakage test: When there is a leakage situation, focus on checking the seal of the fish toilet position, whether the foundation of the fish pond is settling.
Equipment stand-alone commissioning: All equipment stand-alone commissioning should not work for a long time.
Pipe leakage test: Check the leakage situation should be checked one by one pipeline.
Joint adjustment preparation: Before opening the circulation pump, the valves in the inlet and return pipelines must be checked to be fully open to avoid damage to the equipment..
Microfilter: When the water level inside the microfilter needs to be raised is low, add an upward elbow out of the outlet.
Protein separator: Solenoid valve installed in reverse will result in the inability to close.
High efficiency dissolved oxygenator: Solenoid valve continuous exhaust in time to shut down the equipment, check whether the outlet pipe is blocked or off.
Heat pump: Heat pump temperature sensor should be as close as possible to the fish pond; seawater environment should try to use heat exchangers.
